Book for showings. Visit Homes. Evaluate home. Likes and dislikes to determine whether to put in an offer or continue looking.
Make an Offer. Are there other offers on the table before I place mine? Will I participate in a bidding war for a home? What to expect when I’m outbid? Other possible negotiation tactics to use?
Offer accepted. Finance, Inspections, Appraisal, Status, Survey, Closing Date.
Follow up on last minute repairs upon seller's responsibilities. Transfer utilities upon approaching closing day.
